Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
You would think if Prudence had any experience with this whatsoever, she would have put in place some method to know how many people were coming just in case, letâs say, more than 100 people show up.
So weâre back to a little further discussion about Les. Since I became a Les supporter a while back, I feel that his cooperation with Pru is a good sign that heâs lightening up and becoming more responsible. Just give him time, and donât expect it all over night.
Well, a majority of commenters yesterday predicted or desired the Lu-Pru branch of the arc, rather than Nancy-Shannon. And it looks like we got our wish.
So it appears that Pru & Les have maintained some feelings for each other. At this point â I think Pru is the only female that could motivate Les to become a better person.
We donât know how long Theater Camp goes. If itâs $50 per person, that could be $5,000. Sounds like big bucks to Luann â however running a business â that kinda money gets swallowed up before you know it.
This is the first time that either Luann or Pru have touched each other, on-screen, for 16 months. The last time was in the rather interesting link below, shortly after the New York trip.
Melodee Manezon knew she couldnât compete with Lu and Pruâs brand of camp! Plus, I think Luann just successfully attained her âDramatic Licenseâ, earlier this yearâŠ.
-
That is, unless Ms. Manezon is just outside, ready to âsnatch up and steal awayâ some potential campersâŠ.
She has no idea how many people will show up? Isnât a camp supposed to be an activity that you sign up for, in advance, precisely so that they will know how many people to make preparations for??? You canât have the same sort of drama activities for a class of 15 people or 100 people!
Man all the naysayers and troll juniors this morning!! One conclusion I can draw: at least the naysayers who felt the comic strip Fuse would be a flop are incorrect! That could change in this artificial world, but for now it is the site of new adventures for the larger, older, more exciting Luannverse. I really think people project a lot of themselves on this comic strip, at least from the plethora of negative comment.
@"RINGO: What a talented hater you are. Your talents are surely wasted, just trying to stir up people on a âtoon board. Why donât you go for the âBIG TIMEâ, haterperson? I understand there are a lot of positions open in Washington, DC. Probably also in the Kremlin.
For Mrs. Manzoneâs drama camp, you had to send in an application long in advance and then get accepted. (Luann was put on a waiting list, and she didnât get in.) For Luann and Pruâs drama camp, you just show up on the first day without any advance paperwork at all.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! THE BRAT IS GONE, HOPEFULLY FOREVER!! I hope Jonah comes back soon and announces he got the gig of his life 3,000 milea away from wherever this is supposed to be and he and his precious âRosemaryâs Babyâ are moving far away! We never see Delta and we never see Aaron or Rosa, so it CAN HAPPEN! YAY!!!
If youâre prepared for 15 campers, and you get 100, you wonât be rich. Youâll be broke, because all 100 will demand their money back, since you arenât set up to handle them.
I was wondering what happened to Jack, and I am surprised that Les is still willing to do favors for Pru. Either he is a bigger person then comes across, or he is working an angle. I like how Luann and Pru are keeping busy and making money while doing what they love. The problem is if Luann winds up saddled with Shannon it could interfere in her plans. Iâm also wondering if this acting camp might not be the big break Jonah was going to. Could he be so dense as to think it was a job?
Well, I got to talk to my brother today on his 63rd birthday, about 5 days after his ânewerâ birthday. He had to have bone marrow transplant in his fight against aggressive leukemia. I know itâs not experimental anymore, but still seems so âout thereâ. Heâs going to be isolated in the hospital for another 41 days; when he leaves, heâll still have to have tests every other day. But he made it to his birthday, thatâs the important thing. Another day to watch his first grandchild grow, another day to watch his kids get on with their lives. I wish I could be there to cheer him on, but my own health problems make travel really challenging right now. All of you who still have brothers, go home and give them a callâŠ
Lu really is an inexperienced amateur when it comes to the drama business. Even Pru should be handling the pre-registration better, it seems. Of course, this is not New York, Chicago, or even Los Angeles. Itâs the Pitts Drama Camp, for goodnessâ sake!

Al Bundy thought he would be rich in every episode of MarriedâŠWith Children. I suspect this will work out just about as well.

Why would Luann think she would get rich from this? She would get paid whatever a drama camp instructor gets paid. Any profits would go to Fuse owner.

She was expecting 20 yesterday, right? On the other hand, there are many kinds of wealth so just getting to know these kids will enrich her life.
