I don’t have a question for this week but I wanted to repeat something that brein43 said yesterday. Those of you who have BCN in their local papers should consider writing in thanking them an letting them know how much you enjoy it. I have heard of a few papers that have dropped it and that’s not good. I think people are more likely to write in and complain than to write in to say they like something. Not only might writing in help keep an editor from removing BCN, but it also might brighten their day to get a positive letter.

I guess we can kind of make this a question, who has BCN in your newspaper and if you don’t have you written in asking for it to be added? Neither paper here has BCN in it. I don’t subscribe to a paper currently. I have thought about sending in something anyway, but have not yet. I could tell them I would subscribe if they added BCN.

But why is Elvis in Time Out if Lupin started the wrestling match?

Aww Buzzy Mouse couldn’t hate anyone, but he does prefer Pucky. I just adore Tommy in that last panel with his little wings! And my favourite look for Elvis is when he wears his spectacles because it makes him look even more like the intellectual he is. I have a tote bag with him wearing them whilst reading. :-)

I hope Elvis’s luck turns around soon. First, he gets verbally slapped around by Tabitha. Then Lupin jumps on him but he is the one who ends up in time out. So unfair!

I love all of the BCN strips, but this one . . . Every. Single. Panel!

Since the match was interrupted with no decision, the previous champion keeps the title and the belt! Easy now, Lupin. This doesn’t count as a win, the match was never completed, so it doesn’t even count as an official match. At least, that’s my take based on Commissioner Mouse’s facial expression in panel 3.

Tommy reminds me of the annoying older brother here. “Hey, you’re supposed to be in time out! I’m gonna tell Mom! You’re cheating!” (Of course, I was the older brother in my family, but still . . .)

The Woman is being unfair but when you have one is is usually the source of disruption, the tendency is to assume that one is the source of any disruption because most of the time he is.

Hi all, you may be aware of Lady Kat’s dear hubby Paul’s situation with the biopsy and the results he got yesterday. He does indeed have cancer. My heart aches for them all. I am so glad to know that at least his cancer is treatable and curable. Thank God! Please would you send our dear orb buddy Lady Kat and Paul prayers, orb bumps, and lifts their way?

Good morning and a Happy Caturday to all orbsters and their orbabies. As Lady Bri said above, Paul does indeed have cancer. He undergoes further tests this week to see whether it has spread and is being referred to one of the best oncologists in the province at Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto. Thank heavens for OHIP, all our expenses except for transportation will be covered. Warm hugs, bumps and boops to all of you.

Used the van today to take a client to look at the (storm) surf. We ended looking for a time, then move on to the next spot and look.

We watched the waves at five different spots.

Even with the big surf and high winds he saw a whale spout, and i saw a whale spout and hump its back and sound. Got to see flukes!
