Tracy is about to lower the boom—or at least the broom, and sweep the city clean.

If she is allowed to grow up a bit more she sure will. But even so she won’t just go from basic training to MCU.

Aww, here we go, the old trope; someone gets told not to do something and next panel or scene, they are exactly into it. Will Honey and Crystal become heroes, almost getting themselves killed for exposing a dealer for the busting ?  I don’t think this is big enough for Mysta to get involved. This isn’t a (pocket full of) Posey and ex Moon gov and Bribery, or all those bad guys on the upper level of some building, with all the action that requires the services of a super hero.

The way Honeymoon looks in the Sunday panels (somewhat older), when she says “a few more years,” she means it.

My “word nerd”-ness kicked in when I saw “NEW BROOM” and immediately noticed an anagram: MOON BREW. Is this a hint that there is trouble brewing for Honeymoon? Of course I could have the anagram backwards and it’s a cue for the MCU team to start singing like Scooby Doo: “BREW MOON… you reft me standing arone…”

I guess Ballpark not only have his toothache back but also has a terrible headache by now. :)

Wait till Honeymoon hears that Lafayette is involved…. I really doubt she would be able to stop herself from getting involved especially if Crystal is dragged into the picture

Telling Honeymoon not to interfere is like telling a fox to leave the chickens alone

Shouldn’t Tracy be telling Honey to turn off the wrist wizard when she hears broadcasts about the raids and arrests begin, so she won’t be alerting the other students or people she’s with about the events?

There’s NO downside to giving a middle school student access to proprietary police communication! Does other cops’ kids get to have those?

Yes she will! I hope that we’ll see that too.

Sweeps Week is here! Operation New Broom is designed to clear the pushers/dealers/users from the area around the school. The late, unlamented Ballpark would have been swept up, if he hadn’t done Product and been done by Piotr Volkov/Polar Vortex: no [sane] ballpark in the belfry! I wonder if Devil will once again be brought in (note that she’s on the monitor behind Tracy at the beginning of Row 2). And I hope Honeymoon has the good sense to heed Pop Pop’s admonition; but I fear she will not be able to resist becoming involved….

Honeymoon will look great in a Fadora.
