Which is a pretty good reason for not sending people to Mars. You can know all the facts and still get it wrong. That is when poor execution becomes an unintentional execution.

I always get a kick out of those TV shows or movies where some briliant guy does all these calculations and then manages to throw, hit, kick, whatever, to hit a target. As if physical ability to actually throw, hit, kick, … has nothing to do with the actual trajectory.
