One has to wonder why things with tails that also wear clothes don’t incorporate a tail-sleeve into their pants. Especially in winter, when thermodynamics is a harsh mistress.

Phoebe’s goblin tail must’ve disappeared at the beginning of this arc after last week’s arc ended

OMG, they are just so cute together!

After a missed bite like that, she’s lucky her teeth don’t look more like Phoebe’s.

Careful, Marigold. Might hurt your teeth.

How soon you get used to things like that.

A few more inches and Marigold would have nipped Phoebe in the butt.

My horse likes to play tag, but I’m always “It” (catch me if you can).

“Mind you, moose bites can be painful…” Even more than unicorn bites?

But poor Phoebe, it would have been very painful!

Phoebe should wear a fake tail, made of artisan hay – and soaked in Sriracha sauce…

…and Phoebe also yelping around in pain, because I’m sure its painful to get tagged by getting your tail bit.

Siiiigh. Miss the tail.

I sure wouldn’t want to be charged by a rhino, er, unicorn horn.

If it were a week ago, Phoebe’s tail would’ve been chomped in half

I don’t think Marigold would like a rump roast.

From the sound of those teeth, she wouldn’t be “it”,she’d be “tailless”…

She would be bob-tailed, the way Marigold clomped down!

When I visit the strip, I get an entrance page that blows up the day’s strip in such a fashion that I see only part of the two middle panels of a 4-panel strip. So it looked like Mari was trying to chomp someone’s butt hard enough to kill them.

Phoebe would be it and in a severe amount of pain. Tails are sensitive and even the softest clamp of jaws use a lot of pressure!

So I guess not having a tail is an advantage to Phoebe.
