A dumb kid can make a snowman. A dumber kid (like Calvin) makes one on a sunny day.

I never knew Calvin to be so long-winded. Now there is proof.

Is there a tropical equivalent of snowmen? What do kids in the tropics do?

The fourth panel definitely reflects the tortured countenance of the creation, but the creator is not Calvin, it’s the other guy in the panel, on the top right corner!

The disparity between Calvin’s arithmetic skills and his language skills is quite something. Hope the school will channel his strengths in the right direction.

Another great work wilts under the harsh realities of life!

The melting figure expresses the fragility of life.

Art is fleeting.

Snowmen and sand castles. I have built my share, but usually only because I was bored. People can find a lot of ways to use the time they waste if they put their minds to it.

The artist suffer greatly for his art… when it melts.

Another stable genius.

About grief and suffering….. and sunshine.

NOW it’s about suffering.

I wonder if Calvin is older than he actually is.

Or, perhaps not.

I’ve seen a lot of “modern” art that I wished would melt, too!

All my work is a commentary on the human condition. And, I get paid!

Hey, according to Calvin’s theme, the sculpture just got better. And adds to it the transitory nature of the human condition… :D
