I can buy that Star Wars has some sort of translation convention, making it so the audience hears Galactic Basic as English (or the language of whatever foreign dub you watch). And I can buy that it has the courtesy to map specific accents to familiar ones from Earth.
Why then, does Huttese not turn into French, or something?
Maybe you should’ve included a (short) list of all the Graphic Novels that won an award, like Batman, the Dark Knight Returns or The Killing Joke (Kirby and Eisner/Harvey Award respectively.)
Phoebe, I hope you don’t get a bad grade on account of it not being a “traditional/classic book” if it helps any, last year I saw a news article that stated that one of the big ivy league colleges had put a fanfiction called “Background Pony” on their list of summer reading books.

“Her English is too good”, he said, That clearly indicates that she is foreign.
Whereas others are instructed in their native language, English people are’n.
And although she may have studied with an expert dilectician and grammarian,

I guess it’s because the Hungarian accent didn’t require any Polish?

When are we going to see the Suzie series published? If this isn’t a backdoor pilot it should be at this point.
