Are there Democrats who are hoping for him to fail? Yep. Are they hoping his failure involves people dying? Nope. Have they thought it all the way through? Probably not.

Lester, like all Trump Disciples, greatly admired when administration officials flew infected people on a plane with other passengers who were not infected into the United States.

THEN Trump Administration officials overruled all health professionals and ordered staff to violate quarantine protocols and greet those infected with COVID -19.

And right after that, he appoints Pence to be in charge of the effort to respond to the virus — after his performance as Indiana governor during the HIV outbreak. Naturally, Pence’s action was to muzzle all government health officials and scientists.

There is no question whether Trump will succeed or fail. He will succeed. Bigly. Just like his inauguration was the biggest in history and Mexico will pay for it.

And Fox “news” will “prove” that his was the most successful presidential response in history.

And Lester and all Trump Disciples will believe it all and will positively glow in admiration.

I really don’t think that letting Trump know he is not doing enough in regards to Covid 19 is rooting for Trump to fail. It is trying to get his administration to ramp up their efforts.

Mr Lester, why aren’t you mentioning the fact that trump called it a hoax and has tried cutting the CDC’s budget every year he’s been in office? What’s worse, some imaginary hippie saying deaths are ok or the president doing something that actually puts real people at risk?

The psychopath has already failed. He fired the contagious disease specialists, recommended cutting their budget, has blamed the virus on the democrats, and appointed know-nothing Pence to pray over those infected.

The problem is that the US was NOT prepared for the Coronavirus, because of Trump. He is failing on his own, so far.

I trust all those with sniffles and possibly have the Covid-19 virus will still show up to work in the White House AND attend all trumps rallies.. try for a cuddle if you can with trump or his buddies.

Sadly this is so true, some people would rather see other people die than for Trump to be right. Also, sad but true, this is not a Democrat thing… as I know people that would have gladly sacrificed a lot of other people to prove Obama wrong… How about we try something new and just rout for America and for Americans for a change. How about we just hope someone finds a way to save people, regardless of what their political party is… not everything has to be an us versus them thing…

It’s true - Leftists hate Trump so much they’d welcome millions dying if Trump is blamed and removed. Admit it, Democrats, you’re praying for the death toll to mount in hopes it will lead to Trump’s loss at the polls. Sick people, but not from the virus—from hatred.

I don’t blame Trump for his idiotic response to the virus. No more than I would blame a mentally disabled monkey with a head injury. He is doing all that he is capable of doing within his extremely limited capabilities. I am more inclined to blame his staff and other government officials. They have the intellectual capacity to know better.

And this cartoon is confusing. Don’t Conservative Republicans say Democrats (hippies) are godless and anti-Christian? But here is one seemingly praying. Seems more like a conservative projecting what he would do on other people.

It’s more like “Please let the people realize that it’s Trump who is failing them.” Trump is trying to blame Obama for the mistakes he’s making today and his base is lapping it up.

Hoping for Trump to fail is like hoping the rock will fall out of your hand when you let go of it. There’s no hoping or wishing – it’s just going to happen, like death, junk mail, and hilariously dumb cartoons from the right.

I do enjoy the petty details, tho. Liberal Man has a beret, fruity vest, noodle arms, and a necklace made out of….christmas lights?, while Trumpster Man has a beard, plaid shirt, MAGA hat, and manly hairy arms. Look upon him, and his righteous anger as he starts to realize white people might die this time!

Anyways, God over there at the end seems pretty pleased with the notion of throwing chuds into industrial dual-shaft shredders, so I’ll give this one a C-

I lean left(maybe due to one of my fake hips); I do not want anyone to die. No one in this country benefits from that. However,I also do not want a president who is so flippant with facts, has a poor record of trusting those who can help diminish the impact,and makes off the cuff remarks that might cause people to die.

Shouldn’t the prayer be “Please make Trump do more so more people won’t die”?
