Pig forgot chocolate and ice cream and cookies and Gin and Bourbon and Tequila and Vodka and Wine and Vermouth and cashews and marzipan!

I know the feeling, Pig but it does terrible things to an old person’s cholesterol so I’ve had to give it up. :)

Ah yes… a good sharp Cheddar makes any day a bit brighter… Best Cheddar I ever had came from an Amish Farmer selling at a Farmer’s Market in Harrisburg, Pa. One bite, and I thought my fillings were melting! It was Aged about 2 years… made the mistake of wrapping some in Aluminum foil… it actually started to DISSOLVE the foil. Had to be wrapped in plastic… MAN that was good Cheddar!
