If a royal resort, did the Incan emperor want to relax from the hustle and bustle in Cusco?

Could that be because humans cry for several different reasons? Just asking…

There are many reasons humans cry: Hurt feelings, deaths of loved ones, and painful injuries.

There is a book called Motel of the Mysteries which lampoons archaeology. Future scientists analyze a Motel and determine it was a sacred place of worship.

I remember reading a condensed version of that book in Readers Digest in the late 70s/early 80s.

A bit of nonsense in today’s BION entries. Many mammals cry under internal and external stress as a release. Humans are mammals, in case the writers have forgotten.

    Take care and gesundheit.

Royal retreat. There is evidence that the staff remained at Machu Pichu for some years after the Incas were conquered by the Spanish, because there was no one to go tell them their world had disappeared.

And, not surprisingly, humans can’t agree on why there are scientists…

Ummmmmm…….we cry for a variety of reasons. We cry when we’re sad, angry, or frustrated. And sometimes when we’re extremely happy. For the love of God, it doesn’t take science to explain THAT!

One theory is that they moved a higher altitude to escape mites that were causing a disease called Leishmaniasis. The bugs need a more tropical environment.

Babies cry cause they haven’t learned how to swear yet. Then it becomes a learned behavior that they follow until they know how to swear, and we call them teenagers.
