My wife used to do tech support for a national internet provider. A customer called in saying he keeps pushing the off button on his computer but can’t get the thing to turn off. He finished his 10 minute rant and she told him to push and hold the button for 5 seconds. The computer turns off, and another rant begins. She is glad she is not doing that anymore.
Old but still relevant. When some of our older agents call in for help with the web site I ask if they have a grandchild handy. The best part is that sometimes they call back with the grandkid present and we fix the problem. I will NEVER get tired of that phrase from the other end. You can almost see the kid rolling his eyes. “Oh Grandpa”.
5 year old kids of today are definitely more advanced with technology than i was at their age; of course i was 5 in 1955 and there weren’t computers then.

That joke is really old. The McCoys must be getting really desperate.
