The whole point of these “Shaggy Dog Story” websites is to sell adds on endless pages. I suppose some people do, but how many people actually pay attention to the ads except as clutter?
Has anyone ever clicked on one of those “one weird tip” things and made it all the way to the end? A friend of ours tried one day just to see where it would go and two hours later gave up.
A chip in the head? Wasn’t this an episode of Futurama? It’s hard to keep track, so many of the ridiculous situations from Futurama became a reality recently.
Next On Line shopping overload (orbital delivery surcharges) or Facebook zombie, agent X will have to pull the plug to save money and or to keep R.U. Sirius semisecret.
“Spam with clickbait” the trickiest kind. “80% of people with chips in their head won’t believe what this cute kitten looks like now in 30 different photos as it nears the Earth and prevents bikini baldness.”
