My retired husband sleeps about 18 hours a day, 2 or 3 hours at a time, but gets up in the morning saying he couldn’t sleep, so goes back to bed.

I think that to sleep like a teenager you have to be one
There are aspects of being a teenager I would really enjoy now if I could, but the overall experience is not something I would want to repeat
