Orange’s world domination plan didn’t work either. Wonder if he’ll pardon all his followers that showed up? Bet they’re on their own.

Takes about 5 seconds to read 4 panels from beginning of insurrection to its end. That’s about as long as a thought lasts for our current national embarrassment Unfortunately the stench will persist unto generations.

I suppose one of the tricks to world domination is learning how to communicate without listening. Many people and organizations have sort of worked it out, but they rarely dominate for long.

Watched Maddow last night… I’m sure she had many interesting things to say, but until the first break I was fixated on the stray lock of hair across her forehead…

Reminds me of The Silence, one of Doctor Who’s most disturbing enemies. They are grotesque humanoids dressed in black business suits who are clearly visible and audible while you look at them. Turn away for an instant and you lose all recollection of them. They have ruled on Earth since before humankind existed.

Reminds me of the Watergate hearings, there was a senator (I think it was Sam Rayburn) with huge bushy white eyebrows that was the butt of many late night monologs.

It is my hope that by 2024, the Republican party will have learned enough from the total collapse in flames of Trumpism and the 45th administration that they will turn away from White Evangelical Autocracy and put forward a candidate who honors the Republican ideals of Dwight Eisenhower and some of his predecessors. The GOP died with Nixon and became a horror of inhumanity.
