    The older I get, the less I can tolerate caffeine. Down to one cup of coffee a day now.

    Mr. Spaetzle’s coffee became a constant in his life. It is one of his few remaining links to times and memories past. No way is he going to give that up. I’m with him.

    I drink mostly dark roast. The darker the roast, the less caffeine.
