I don’t think that money is gonna spend on a homeless shelter.

Why do you have a homeless problem. If you ran things right the homeless would have a place to stay and work, and most important to the King, and pay taxes instead of using tax money to support them.

The King lives in the “homeless shelter” and all the working peasants, must pay for it. Governments of all kind, have always been doing the same. It’ all about “spending someone else’s money”.
