since ball joints are used to help with steering(at least in a car-type vehicle) may I assume(I know dangerous)that the wiz is having trouble going in the direction he wishes to go??
Come on, people, it’s a cartoon and funny! Reality needs to bend sometimes. Unlike his hips, which are no longer functioning ideally. The ball and joint part just adds to the funny of it.
Different track here. The knee is a hinge joint, not ball. Most joints on a human are hinge joints. The only ball joint I can think of on a human is the hip.

That’s what you get for not taking Blanche for dinner the other day. She knocked you in the balls and joints.

I’m not sure that Bob’s Garage is hip enough to do this kind of work.
If he can, Bob will probably charge a lot – the fe-mur than usual.

Must stink to be 500 years old, give or take a century or two.

The ‘creek’ sound looks like they are coming from somewhere that the balls don’t have joints…

Not much of a wizard if he couldn’t zap his ball joints to total health!

Is he talking about his hips or his Rocky Mountain oysters? (And yes, it’s creak, not a creek, which is what I have next to my back yard.)
