I, and others, assumed when Gil said he had something to check on, he was going to call up BSU or tap some keys and search on Cart’s presumed college golfing career. But I guess all he meant was he was going to talk to Jawar. But he’ll be doing his deeper investigation before this week ends, bank on it.
