You can tell where Jimmy lives… twice use of the regional idiom of Mr (first name). The fairly common southern custom engendering familiarity with respectful title….. common amongst the born and bred, not so common adopted by those transplants here from the north.
Back in the days of picture tube TV, I bought one that would take two guys to move. Or so I thought. I pulled the truck up to the delivery area and Hagrid walked out with the set by himself. I say that because this guy was BIG! I had to use a hand truck to get it in the house. Handy thing to have.
Things get weak when you don’t use them. Stay active. I’m 71, still work on remodeling the house, yard work, garden, cutting trees down, and chopping wood. I go to a Chiropractic once every two months for an adjustment and I walk 3 miles every other day. Learn your limitations and stay within them. Our bones are more brittle, not a good age to break stuff.

I don’t think Arlo appreciates JJ using Stevie to belabor the point that trying to talk to some of us boomers involves speaking up.

… who was the strong man in the circus (?)
Tyge about 3 years ago
Comes the time in the life of a man when erstwhile “kids” become taller and stronger than we. That’s when we enter the fall season of our lives.
