He means the 580s, not the 1980s.

So…we know he’s not a wizard at hair styling…
Looks more like bed head than mullet.
The life span of the Mullet was a bit shorter than the Leisure Suit. Pictures of both in family albums got cancelled.

Never would I ever… have guessed a mullet
I remember the 1980s. I was at high school when that decade started. I turned eighteen in 1984. I was twenty-two when the Berlin Wall came down and turned twenty-three shortly afterwards.
They’re back in style, but he definitely doesn’t know that! XD
Please put the hat back on.
1480’s?
Great decade for hair, clothes, heavy metal music, wrestling and horror movies.
Business in the front, Party in the back.
I missed the mullet years by having a high and tight. OORAH!! Not sorry.

Lmao, reminds me of one strip, when Wiz had not only a mullet, also eye shadow.
‘Man bun’ = Millennial Mullet
Even the Wizard doesn’t have the power to fix “hat hair”
Another bad hair day.

Like a face made for radio.
Do they still make Brylcreem ?
Well, no one said it but- the challenge is thrown down, YOUR turn, Andy Capp!!!! Take it OFF!
