Why is the Billionaires Boys Club space race even a thing for this strip? The Sirius is already capable of interstellar travel. They’ve visited other planets. Yet they ponder a celebrity’s 10 minute joy ride into space. Shatner should have booked a ride with them.

Couldn’t help to think of the PR situation of having Bill, a 90 year old, take that ride. Did it give the company a big PR boost? Haven’t noticed it if it has. But think of the PR disaster that could have happened if Bill’s heart gave out during or right after the ride. “Blue Origin Kills Captain Kirk”, “What responsible company would have sent such an old man into space?”

He’s still got it! William Shatner has boosted the public’s interest in space exploration.
