I wonder what’s going on beyond public view. Garland is smart and he’s successfully gone after some bad actors. I have confidence in him—far more than the putrid AGs that served Trump or Bish, for that matter.
It just goes on and on and on. Will any of them get convicted AND sentenced AND sent to prison? They BROKE THE LAW. Like Animal Farm, the PIGS get all the slop and laugh.
This concept of flaunting the law is gaining traction. Don’t get a handle on it soon you may as well give up. And at the moment.. it seems like you already have.
It begins to look to me as if the Trump contingent has so contaminated the democratic process that those opposed to them are ready and willing to use their same tactics. This is, by any objective standard, a way to destroy a constitutional democracy and the rule of law.
“Former Trump adviser Steve Bannon was indicted by a federal grand jury Friday, charged with contempt of Congress for refusing to answer questions from the House Committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
The indictment is a first. No one has been prosecuted before for contempt of Congress when executive privilege was asserted."

Garland would have been more suitable for a couple of other jobs. This is an instance where Cool Joe made a tactical mistake.
Biden should have put pit bull Harris in the job. He could have found another female VP who has a better chance to successfully succeed him.

The problem is that the Republican-Light mode — if we wait, they’ll eventually do the correct things —is still being used by this administration.

Why are so many criminals “Hero” in conservative’s minds. Why would anyone follow someone that has show so little regards to our country’s laws.

Oh touché! Even his former professor, Laurence Tribe, says Garland has no reason to be so slow.

I wonder what’s on the billboard to make Bannon speed up. Maybe a “Do You Miss Me Yet” sign from a former President ?

Sometimes justice is slow. Especially, when you want to make sure of a guilty verdict.

No doubt he would have been no better as a SCOTUS justice. He is what I call Light Right.

They finally have indicted him on two counts, 30 to 365 days per. But he’s still walking free.
