Seems like Karl-Bertil Jonsson might have been at work.
And for non-Scandinavians, this is a reference to a Swedish animated short that’s shown every Christmas, where the kid in question, working part time at the post office, and inspired by Robin Hood, decides to redirect a bunch of packets for rich families to the slum quarters instead.
I used to pull wheelies on my bike. That is, until, the nuts holding the wheel on loosened enough that the tire fell off. The bike came to an immediate stop when the fork hit the ground. One of Newton’s Three Laws of Motion came into play, however, and MY body kept going – eight over the handlebars and I face planted onto the pavement. Sure wound up with a nasty scar on my chin.
Knew a kid growing up who could wheelie indefinitely. He’d ride all over town, never letting the front wheel touch the ground. He would even take his front wheel off and wheelie from a dead stop, and come to a stop, still on one wheel, just to show us up. Last I remember he was riding a unicycle.
I bought a 1/6 scale WWII circa Indian motorcycle for my G.I. Joe collection. It’s neato, the stuff you get in “playscale”! (had to buy the Straocaster guitar too…) No, this isn’t a “jason” (groan) remark, it’s real.
I remember popping wheelies. Wish I knew what the distance was for the longest wheelie I ever did. I know it was several yards, just not the exact distance.

Sooner or later, Woodstock is going to crash and total that doll-sized bicycle.

Today, I saw two young kids doing wheelies just like this at a stop light. I have no idea how they let go of their phones at the same time, though.

Just wait till Woodstock wants to jump the bike and make it go airborne over objects. He is a bird after all,

You might get even more worried if he starts wearing a red, white, blue outfit with a matching helmet, Snoopy!

All Woodstock needs now are mustang handlebars and a banana seat.

to be fair woodstock is getting far more joy out of the bike than sally would where it would have just been a prop in her doll house.

How is Woodstock even pedaling? His legs are too short.

But does Sally play with her dolls? All I see her doing is walking outside or watching television…

Well, I remember a children’s book called the mouse and the motorcycle but never the bird and the bicycle …
