So she received this exact same gift, regifted it and now received it again.
looks like she got wise, man!
Better than fruitcake, lady!
Sigh, no one re gifts the gold.
Frankincense was pretty pricey in those days, too.
iMAGIne that.
about the myrrh, she demyrrhs…
Guess they kept the gold?
Was her husband Frank incensed?
Kept the gold, huh.
I found out the other day frankincense and myrrh is a treatment for neuropathy
It had to start somewhere…
I got a regifted wedding gift once. I know because they left their original tag in it!
So, not invented on Seinfeld?
Instead of regifting something I didn’t like, I’d usually donate it to charity. Nowadays, we just exchange gift cards so that we can buy what we really like.
A great smell to have in a mange!
That’s fronkincense!
I wish somebody would re-gift Scott Hilburn a better font for his speech bubbles.
Funny how the box kind of looks like fruitcake…
Years ago in a magazine I saw one of the 3 wise men bringing a box of diapers! (The brand was mentioned , but I won’t mention it.)
Same as it ever was.
Does anyone else always think of Frankenstein when I see or hear the word frankincense?
Unlikely. Both had value pretty close to that of gold.
Is this the origins of “Myrrhder She Wrote?”
Far right, she might be Anna from the Temple.
Regifting makes sense here. Perfume doesn’t help much when you’re living in a manger.
