I don’t have any doubts that someone will be trying to do exactly that.
thats the boring neighbor that drones on and on!
That gives me an idea….Christmas 2022, HERE WE COME!!!
We need it!
Very clever!
You know, with a halfway decent drone and a well thought out release mechanism……
Thats a wrap !
…and that’s the height of laziness…
Now I know no one would read this strip and not think about doing the same thing with their Christmas tree. Genius lvl 99
I don’t care if it is just a comic strip, I don’t think that’s a half bad plan. :-)
awesome! lets try that at home next year. :D
This obviously from BD — Before Drones. (Yep. 2010 original copyright date)
Good Thinking Batman!!
Wow! I’ve done that! I’ve used my drone to do the exact same thing… wrap my tree with lights!
Only I wrapped my tree with “borrowed” lights from the neighbors tree. Surprisingly enough, it’s WAY easier to unwrap ’em. シ
Yup, that’s about the first thing I thought of. Now all I need to do is plant a tree.
Making decorating fun again. Let’s see how he puts the star on top.
It’s brilliant until you screw up……
I’m thinking this is actually possible with a drone now.
Actually, a great idea!
What goes up, must come down.
My grandmother would tell me stories of how, when she was little, her Christmas tree would rotate. I always wondered how the light string didn’t get tangled. Maybe it rotated once, and then in the opposite direction?
Shark Tank – here I come! The light Strand Drone 2000!
