Home school the kid and let her major in business administration. That way the spreadsheets and budget and business plan and all that will be homework.
The fact that she already knows the jobs required simply means she is looking for a bigger cut of the action to do them. Besides, once she lays the foundation, she can hire an intern and get back to her homework in time for spring break.
Even in a much earlier era, everyone knew that the office manager/admin assistant was the one who had control and knowledge of where everything is (and how to get the needul done).
