I have an ice scraper in my car and it does take ice off the windows … when there is ice on the windows.

The problem is that I need a frost scrapper. I get frost on the windows about 40 times more often than ice. If you use an ice scraper on frost, it’s like scratching at it with your fingernails.

Fortunately I do have an old frost scraper. They are impossible to find anymore.

I have always suspected that those 10% cards were not up to the task.. good to know.

I have to watch out for those clowns all winter.

Wish I had thought of that. I tried hot water. Really, really dumb. I’ve had to look at that crack for ten years now.

Great Dad joke…….more and more municipalities are requiring cleared windows on your vehicle when driving or you will be ticketed and have to clear your glass before continuing….

there is a certain kind of kitty litter that you can put in a sock and leave in your car. It lessens the amount of frost on the inside of the window by about 90%

And it’s only 10% funny too

Every year around this time I consider moving back home to CA. If not this year, next year for sure.

I told my daughter the one thing I like with the ice/snow is you have advance notice of when it will hit. Earthquakes, not so much.
