One of the most vacuous questions I have ever heard included in a job interview. Great for the egotist, and frustrating for the average applicant who often has little idea of the structure of the company he/she is applying to join. My answer generally was that I wanted to be in a position to rewrite the interview profile. In short, the interviewer’s job. Seems I remember most of them became defensive after that.
