Boy o boy I love this so much! Rover & mom, lots of gratitude!

The look on Red’s face, wow. Think mom will get an extra hug and Rover an extra milky bone tonight.

There was a “Calvin and Hobbes” Sunday strip which was very similar to this one. Hobbes didn’t appear – just Calvin and Mom. That also worked without any speech balloons.

Another example of how Red and Rover is sometimes influenced by my favourite strip Calvin and Hobbes.

I like how the receptionist has a smile on her face.

Ok folks, you have two things to do today.

1) Call your Mom and tell her you love her.

2) Hug your dog.

If I would have forgot my lunch, I would have gone hungry. Mom had no way to get to school. She did not learn how to drive until her 40s.

Rover’s disappointment was fixed properly by Mom, who gave him a chance to redeem himself. (Even though it wasn’t his fault Mom forgot the lunch in the first place.)
