The dealers still like to make some extra bucks with the sugar addiction of the weak-willed consumers.

I work overnight for a grocery store and I was there when the candy was marked down, picked mine out before the store even opened for the day on the 15th

The ideal supply of anything is exactly as much as you’re likely to sell before the next shipment arrives. Ha! As if that ever happens in real life! Inventory management at any retail store probably requires somebody who’s equally good at statistics, calendar reading, insight into customer preferences, and plain old dumb luck.

Mostly Necco conversation hearts sit on the clearance shelf. Too chalky!
