I was confused, since my dog eats grass outside all the time and loves it like a good salad. Now that I see other entries here, the cartoon makes much more sense to me! At this point, if his tummy is upset, he doesn’t care anymore.
When I used to work at a veterinarian, we would get dog in who had gotten into their owners stash. They would always lie and claim they have no idea what was wrong with the dog. If you care about your dog at all just fess up to it. Most of the time no one at the clinic cares about your choices, they want to help the dog. We had to get an over-the-counter drug test a few time to show the owner, “yes we know this is what it was. Now be honest and let us know who much you think it ate so we can treat it.”
I did see a dog once that had gotten ahold of somebody’s stash and ate it. She was obviously in no danger (except maybe from the stashes owner), just high and hilarious to watch.

I can do that being stone cold sober, as always: Meow!
Now I hope to teach my cat to meow (she doesn’t, but neither does the puppy).
