Wow that was an eyefull, let’s change into something more comfortable. My gal laughed, when I ate a salad for breakfast.

… a TRIPLE BACON BEAST BURGER makes up for a sausage McMuffin dressed up like a Big Mac for breakfast, right?…

…they don’t make waists & hips like that anymore…

…at least they don’t advertise them like that anymore…

Hmm . . . might want to consider occasionally taking a multivitamin. There seems a curious lack of vegetables in that diet. Also, no meat, so consider some B vitamins too, especially B12.

I never knew having popcorn for breakfast was something we had to make up for. But … I think the answer to your question is a conditional ‘Yes.’

Has anyone tried yeast flakes on popcorn? Yum!

Is it in an aluminum pan covered with Foil? Could it be Jiffy Pop?

Or is it in a pan, with olive oil, salt and when it starts popping you shake shake shake your booty…er pan over the hot flame?

Popcorn is a whole grain cereal. It takes an exceptional amount of butter and salt to make it into a junk food.

I could never understand food customs about the time of day for eating stuff.

I still spring for Reddenbacher (sp?). It’s a little pricey, but at least all the kernels pop. I go for the Extra Butter or the Movie Popcorn varieties. If I’m going to eat popcorn, I want it to be good to eat… not good for me. Life is too short to eat air-popped, plain, dry and saltless popcorn. I might as well eat shredded cardboard.

I generally prefer leftover cold pizza for breakfast and popcorn for a mid-morning snack, but to each his own. The trouble is, I more often finish off the pizza the night before, and none is left over!

An apple may go with dinner, but by itself would not be dinner. I like apples for brekky, too….

What you need is a caramel apple.

Actually, unless it’s slathered with butter, popcorn is not entirely unhealthy, so I’d say that’s a win for the day.

So, I WAS going to try growing an apple tree from the seed in an apple from the store. But they seem to all be irradiated, or somehow otherwise unable to sprout. Just as well, since I now find you need at least TWO trees, and they can be selected to be complementary, so that they pollinate each other better.

Man . . . the birds weren’t too hard to understand, but the bees are just wild.
