There’s not much you as a private citizen can really do in that situation, other than call the FD. Once the structure is that involved it’s extremely dangerous to enter it without the right equipment and training. If lives are at stake and you feel so inclined you might risk it, but otherwise don’t needlessly put your own life at stake trying to be a hero just to save her paintings or something.
