Success! You went ice fishing, and you caught some ice.

A couple ice fishermen were drowned a few years back when their vehicle went through. It was a small lake, with no current, but a spring in the lake bottom created a weak spot in the ice.

Yesterday +8 C, snow almost all gone. This morning -4 C and a fresh covering of snow everywhere.

I never understood ice fishing. I can catch all the ice I need from my refrigerator.

Seeing the fishing- themed gags the past couple days has me wondering- whatever happened to Clumsy Carp?

That makes me think. I wonder what the northern ice cutters did when the refridgerator/freezer became common in all house holds? On a similar note, as we go all electric car and such, what will happen to the mechanics and auto parts stores?

Ice fishing is too hard. I just go to the Quickie Mart on the corner and buy a bag.
