I know this comic was written a number of years ago, but still, these days it’s nice to think of Grandma going off as a volunteer to fight in Ukraine. Puts the stay-at-home young people to shame.

Grandma would probably like it, but Big Shirley would not be amused.

Eggs, hard-boiled eggs, I can see that coming out of a bazooka. But Deviled Eggs? Maybe, if the bazooka is aimed at my mouth…

Oh that deviled egg bazooka… Never laughed so hard!!

I got a new puppy two and a half years ago. I had picked two different names for her. Veronica after an Alice Cooper song. Big Shirley after Grandma’s dog. She’s only 11 pounds. We named her Veronica.

Grandma might actually like it.

I’d love to receive a birthday card like that.

Mom Madeline tries to be tactful, but Alice wants what she wants: her great art, and no store-bought card for Grandma!
