Not related to the above comic, but Justin Whang did a video about Raine Dog, the infamous comic Dana drew before P&HU.

You know, the one with the boy and dog kissing in bed…

You might even say Phoebe’s decision was influenced by a higher being second only to Unicorns.

I know Dana is the writer, but she still isn’t a Unicorn, sorry:-D.

Maybe it’s because the first bite always tastes the best? When I was young, I would read the Ramona Quimby books by Beverly Cleary. In one, the mother had brought home a huge box of apples. Ramona was really little and she got into the box and started taking one bite out of each apple. Her sister was babysitting and asked why she didn’t eat just one apple. Ramona said it was because the first bite always tastes the best. And he sister even had to agree. Unfortunately, this led to the mom making an endless supply of applesauce instead of various things.

It means Marigold is picky about what she finds in Phoebe’s refrigerator. Last time, she left hoofprints in the chocolate pudding.

Never give up on carrots you took one bite of and stopped.

Sorry to say it, but “Never give up on spontaneous decisions you make for basically no reason” is possibly the WORST piece of advice I have EVER heard.

UPDATE! June 15th, Day Six and the lavender Unicorn balloon is STILL flying high! She’s gently hovering up against my living room ceiling, overseeing me as I type! FLY UNICORN, FLY!

This is why motivational posters can SHOW unicorns but should never be WRITTEN BY unicorns.

whenever i almost give up on making a documentary (or a making of a mockumentary), i just watch the all-time great film “Britney, Baby One More Time”, or that one episode of “Home Movies.”

…i mean i’ve never tried to make a documentary… but if i did…
