It’s probably hanging out with Hobbes.

It’s at the library, enjoying its freedom.

When I read both this and the previous one in The Days Are Just Packed as a kid, I assumed this was somehow related to the previous comic, and maybe Calvin was letting his brain out because Hobbes had bruised it when tackling him and it needed to heal, or something like that.

I am surprised the Feds did not use Watterson for some of their “just say no” or “This is you brain (egg), This is your brain on drugs (egg cooking sunny side up), Any Questions?” campaigns.

And comics like this one are why so many adults can totally relate to Calvin. He’s just mature ahead of his age.

I suspect it got run over on the highway. Now you have to grow another one.

Sometimes wish I could do that. Mine came in 2D Analog with no expansion slots. Can’t figure out how to upgrade it…
