I will stick with “big bird-thing with the leathery wings”.

Humans naming animals is all fine and well. I wonder what my dog named me?

“Watch-Out” or “Let-Go” or “Yuck-I’m-Covered”

This proposal really makes sense cause when ya see such a leathery winged bird-thing approaching, ya better start Da Doo Ron Ron…

I took French in high school. It’s a lot easier than in English. You’ve made a mistake in grammar if it doesn’t sound right. Also things are spelled exactly as they are pronounced except for those words the French borrowed from English.

For me, the greatest invention since the wheel is spell check.

What possible reason is there for putting a “P” in that word?

Scientific names vs simple names….most of the discoveries are named after the discoverers name
