“Talk to that boy”?? I’d say “that boy” is all right. Or half right: there’s much to be said in favor of gender fluidity. Variety being the spice of life, after all.
It seems that some parents have a very difficult time accepting that their children get older and become attracted to the opposite sex (and they don’t want their children attracted to the same sex either). I remember being a younger teen and a salesman teasing me about some sexy girl or something, and my mother interjecting “He’s not interested in that kind of thing!”. Little did she know (more likely hoped that was the case – I was a good kid and got good grades, after all)!
I have a male cousin who’s 11 years younger than I am. Every Christmas from the year that he was 15 until he was off at college, I’d send him a bikini girl calendar. One of my other aunts told me that his mother was wondering why I got them, so she replied “it’s because he’s a 15-yr old boy!”, and my uncle chimed in, “if he doesn’t want it, I’ll take it!” :D

Andy, he’s a teenage boy. There’s nothing wrong about what he’s doing.

I always preferred looking at real girls on the beach to looking at photos on a calendar.

I never went through this stage. By the time I finished puberty, I was already married.
