I’ve never met a frozen pizza that I liked.

Simplicity covers a multitude of sins.

Wonder how Gene and family are doing?

Their lives have to be at least slightly more interesting and humorous than a frozen pizza.

I like Pizza. I just haven’t found one in the frozen food section that I like.

I prefer Boboli to frozen.

In the Detroit area there is one called “Motor City Pizza” and it is actually very good.

The only time I had frozen pizza was during the pandemic when the pizzerias were closed down. The best of them is mediocre. And you can get slices from your local pizza place and heat it up later, so I’m not sure why people buy the frozen stuff.

Never been a fan of frozen pizza and then my wife told me I was suppose to bake it before eating. Not so bad now.

@Ahuehuete-I don’t mind the Celest frozen pizza although I have yet to put it in the oven. I always take the quick route and microwave it. I’ll get there one day. But pizza from the pizza parlor is always the best!

All it takes is a little creativity by adding your favorite toppings and cheese then bake it correctly and you can make even the blandest frozen pizza taste good.

It’s too hot to be running the oven so we did the pizza take-out thing. Actually prefer a good frozen pizza to the national pizza chains.

Some frozen pizza can be quite tasty, at least as good or better than marginal pizza place stuff. Google frozen pizza comparison reviews and you’ll probably find those brands you like, as well as those you don’t.

i cook the frozen pizza..then take the toppings on one side and put them on the other side..cut that part of the crust off..broil the half pizza with the toppings for a few minutes..so now i have double the toppings with half the bread..

We buy fresh pizza made at Papa Murphy’s, then freeze them for later. Those frozen pizzas are very good!

To all you pizza snobs, I don’t give a rat’s terminal section about where the pizza comes from, whether fresh or frozen. Pizza is pizza, and I like them all. So, there!

Limericks are making a comeback.

I’d rather do pizza burritos instead of frozen pizza. I put pizza sauce, pizza toppings and cheese on a flour tortilla, close it up and wrap with aluminum foil. I put it into toaster oven for 20 minutes and I have something like a calzone or sausage roll.

Use the oven in the summer? I use a countertop oven to cook my pizza, so it doesn’t heat up the entire house. Pop the baking stone on the top rack, preheat the oven at the highest temp setting, then switch it to broil just before sliding on the pizza. It won’t be the same as a fresh made pizza, but it’ll be the best you can get with a frozen one.

Air fryers do GREAT with frozen pizza (as well as reheating pizzas!)

Husband is second generation American Italian. We do not buy jarred tomato sauce – we make our own “tomato gravy”. We do not have frozen pizza. It is either get it from the one place that is “OK” (meaning his family has gotten from there forever) or make it ourselves – very rarely).

Then again we can’t order from Dominos anyway – well this is a joke we have. Our phone number has an 8 in it where the local Dominos has a 3 – so we get constant calls for them (and we had our number a couple of decades before they came along – I was driving and thought I saw our phone number on a bus bench). So our joke is that if we try to call them – the number is always busy (because like so many people we are calling our number by mistake).
