He messed up her hairdo….what was he thinking?

In Mom’s last year I would see her at an assisted living facility every day. Most days she would just sit in the hallway in her wheel chair. She was so tired of TV. While we sat together I would stroke her hair like she did me when I was a child. My new wife was with me one afternoon and started giggling. I asked her what was funny and she said, “You’re petting your Mom”. I said you can pet her too if you’d like and Mom looked up and said, “Yea, you can pet me too”. LOL Human touch is a wonderful thing.

Try a scratch behind the ear and pat on the back(side). But not in public.

well I guess it depends on the attitude of the pet.

toooo tempting to post a gutter minded thought about petting a woman.

It did with my wife. She had been a masseuse in a medical complex for twenty years and taught me everything she knew. She was often quarrelsome but “making up” could take the whole weekend. :)

If she patted his head, she should use some polish.

Did back in his courting days, heck Opal encouraged petting back then.
