Bad is the German word for bath (in England there is even a town named Bath). So, Bad Whatever is usually not a bad thing, but can be a bit expensive. To my knowledge, there are no places called Good Whatever in Germany (or Austria or the German speaking part of Switzerland).
For those of you who do not know. Many towns in Germany start with the prefix āBadā. They generally have hot springs or water with other healing qualities.
FYI āBad Schandau is a spa town in Germany, in the SƤchsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge district of Saxony. It is situated on the right bank of the Elbe, at the mouth of the valley of the Kirnitzsch and in the area often described as Saxon Switzerland.ā Wikipedia
The word āBadā in German connotes a town with a hot springs or spa. Americans think this is very funny. And they say Germans donāt have a good sense of humor. :)

A āHarry Potter Magic Wand Remote Controlā was featured on an episode of āThe Big Bang Theoryā. It was, as one might expect, problematic.
