Every day I force myself to do two things that I hate to do.

1. In the morning I force myself to get out of bed.

2. At night I force myself to go to bed.

Where would you want to be in a year; where you are now or able to look back at how far you’ve climbed? Too many people are content where they are and climb only when forced and then realize they should have been climbing all along. (looking at you, Brian—which is ME!)

The path of least resistance…it may be easy, but that doesn’t mean it’s better.

My wife. Awake half the night and gets up at 10 am or so. Retired seniors.

Amen, brother mammal. This retiree refuses appointments scheduled before 10:30 A.M. because my wake up alarm rings at 9 A.M.
