Err… “We already have one?”

Yes — I’m English and my garden looks like that! Because . . .

An English garden? “Weed” do that, but it looks like we already have.

I prefer the German garden, which looks like a beautiful forest path.

If you don’t plan the garden layout, Arlo, it will look contrived. Only nature makes a garden naturally.

Well, if it looks like nothing was planted, why plant anything?

We’ll be dead

You’d think somebody named “Arlo” would be aware of the folk song “English Country Garden.”

Love English gardens.

Arlo knows better than to actually say it.

God is my gardener.

One of the BritBox shows is about English gardening, Love to watch it, it takes my mind off the second dump that gives me a foot of white in two days.

You can sit in it, waiting for the sun. If the sun don’t come, you can still get your tan from standing in the English rain.

If I do that I get a visit from code enforcement.

I didn’t say anything. That creaking noise is from my knees.

Janis can do whatever she wants with her garden. It doesn’t involve Arlo at all. That is her hobby, not his. He can spend his time doing what he wants.

Yet there is balance, harmony and contrast to form an area that pleases the eye.

I thought an English Garden was made out of things to make tea with, since they’re so crazy about tea…

No planning to my gardens, erm, landscaping, wrm yard.

I feel that an English garden, with its clear while fuzzy shapes and varying colors, is a trip for the eyes and brain. It’s both a subtle, and powerful feeling in a sort-of bountiful way.

When the garden matures, they will be to mature to enjoy it!!!!!
