It’s like when Jim Hacker asked Sir Humphrey a question and Humphrey responded

“Yes and no”

What kind of an answer is that? asked Hacker

“It’s a balanced answer” replied sir Humphrey!

Shouldn’t the seesaw balance be the opposite? Did Jef make a mistake or is there a joke in there?

It’s not a plan until you figure out when and how you intend to do those things. For example, I do 15 minutes of body weight exercises outside first thing in the morning before breakfast. Without those details it’s an intention, not a plan.
