@Linguist Today’s strip IS funny the way our HERO Mr Andrew Capp keeps repeating the same mistakes every year is classic ;o) my avatar is a spoof of a lady avoiding second hand smoke by hitting the smoker with her handbag, which reminds that now that I have quit smoking for nearly five years otherpeople smoking bothers me, but I don’t go around hitting smokers :o0 ,come passerai il vostro Sabato vigile di Natale mio meno vecchio Amicho ? our Saturday should be mostly calm, we both are in a good mood and with no shopping to door errands to run we are just staying inside the house and keep hydrated because it’s cold and windy outside , keep safe and a bientot pal
Good luck in your shopping Andy. We had a lot of frozen-rain here yesterday. And as of now the city is like a ice-rink. And except for emergency stuff, the whole region seems shut down till the ice melts.
For many shops where I live he’d be too late. They closed yesterday, until the 26th, due to what the weather propagandists called unprecidented and historic snowstorm (or blizzard, depending on which station one listened to), or what 20 years ago we called a regular snow fall
A todos nuestros amigos en GoComics y sus familiares … les deseamos toda la alegría y la felicidad de la temporada navideña y les enviamos nuestras oraciones y esperanzas para que disfruten de un Año Nuevo saludable, próspero y feliz.

I could run out to restock a few items that we are low on, but 0ºF windchill And early holiday closings suggests a TV movie would be the better choice.

I hope I don’t get coal this year. I did give my brother coal one year, I wrapped up a piece of charcoal. He was not amused.

Usually when Andy heads out that quickly, it’s when he suddenly realizes that he’s slept through opening time.

Nothing better than the expectation of a present on Christmas Eve, Flo – and likely all you will get from Andy…

I don’t think Andy forgot to buy Flo a present. He never had it in mind in the first place.
