I bet it has happened. Just never heard about it.

At least he died doing something he loved.

Need a service to text for you to friends and family 6, 8 months after the funeral.

Hope the coffin has a USB charger to keep the phone going in the hear-after.

I recall watching a man walk into a light post. It was my introduction to the hypnotic powers of the mobile phone. It got worse.

It is closed casket if they walk in front of a bus.

This comic must be 20 years old or more. Now happens all the time.

I saw two teenagers walk into each other at the mall. It was hilarious.

Go to a gym (any gym) and see people occupying the machines, not working out but on their iphones and they all have ear buds!

Spent a week in Cancun. There was a beautiful sidewalk on the main drag, complete with open access points to the sewer. Nothing blocked or fenced off. Being careful was a requirement.

This was in the late 80s, so people staring at their phones wasn’t an issue.

I recall reading about a number of accidents with people walking off of or into things while playing that Pokemon game a few years ago. Can’t recall if any were fatal.

Occasionally someone will come walking right at me with their heads down looking at a phone. I get ready to dodge if I have to but say “heads up!” loudly. It usually works.

I do not have my phone out if I am walking or otherwise engaged. I use a bluetooth for calls.
