To answer your question, Dakota, you pretty much showed your wild side.

Looks like Dana cheated when it came to drawing Dakota in her underwear to avoid controversy.

At first, it’s in her goblin form instead of her human form. But then when she becomes human again, it’s from the waist up, so we see her undershirt but not her panties.

I’m not sure whether to be disappointed or relieved that we didn’t see full-body human Dakota’s undergarments. (I doubt we ever will, especially since tomorrow’s a Sunday, thus hinting this is the end of the arc.)

Dakota better pray both Phoebe and Marigold don’t tell her cool girl clique about her being a goblin and being in her underwear (mostly the latter).

Dakota would simply die if there’s someone out there with a cellphone.

So your brain really shot down.

You let yourself go too far Dakota, that’s what happened, so put on your clothes, calm down and relax!Even if this whole thing, proves why Dakota and goblins get along, there’s a goblin inside Dakota!

I think that this is the longest that PAHU (formerly HN) has g0ne withour Marigold appearing. Not counting Sundays, of course.

It took a while, but I’m finally up to date. Hopefully no one sees Dakota like this.

Makes me sad for Dakota. It looks like there is a part of herself she can’t express in normal life.

So why does Phoebe seem to remember more of the experience than Dakota?

Does this mean that Dakota has forgotten the book too, when reading it was the whole point?

The “Poof!” in Panel 3 reminds me of a Red and Rover strip from last year in which Red was reading a “Wizard of Id” comic strip and told Rover, “I’ve learned a new word – POOF!”

At least Engelblart looked away when she transformed back. What a gentleman.

You couldn’t even wait for her to put her clothes back on?!

Shouldn’t Dakota’s face be bright red?

Kinda sad that Dakota is human again, we could have had a arc on her attempting to take over as the goblin Queen.

Sometimes you try something new and just get a little too into it.

Dakota has gone a little overboard getting in touch with her inner goblin.

Nothing a little therapy can’t cure. Give me a minute…

Ok, turns out there aren’t many therapists who can help kids who have been turned into goblins and went a little nuts before turning back. Maybe just walk it off.

The goblin life is best lived at home, after all! Poor Dakota! I actually feel a little sad for her embarrassment, and I feel like that means the artist has done a great job developing her character over the years!

Dakota has gone to the blart side!

It’s like… waking up from a dream where you’re naked in front of people, only to find it wasn’t a dream.

Interesting that Dakota’s mind (memory?) changed but Phoebe’s didn’t.

I love Dakota’s reactions in the last two panels. I really hope they still have the goblin tails (If the story still continues next week).

Way too many people seemed invested in Dakota in her skivvies.

Hope they got to keep their tails for a while, like last time.

It will be interesting to see if there’s any change in Dakota’s behavior after this. It’s said that those who come back from fairie, or an experience like it, are never quite the same. Hope it’s more than just “don’t tell anyone or else!”
