Yeah this is a bit yikes. Marcus shouldn’t jus tassume anyone would want 12 kids. NOthing wrong with a big family but your asking a lot and I can tell that no he’s not joking Nicole. It’s easy to tell the diffrence.

Did the subject never come up before or was it a trap he sprang on her? This is something they should have made clear before marrying. Unless one or both change their mind, it’s a deal-breaker.

Not to change the subject but is that Boat House Row in the background along the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia?

We’re over-populated all over the planet. So when someone says they don’t want kids, I don’t judge. It’s not for everyone and you’re not obligated. I get why some people want big families, but at the same time, consider the long run, not the instant gratification.

Co worker was 1 of 12 kids. All 12 of those kids had families if 10 to 16 kids.

That might have been something the two of them discussed prior to getting married.

A couple that my parents were close friends with had twelve kids. All great people, but not one of those kids had more than two kids themselves.

@Jacob Mattingly- The only ones that can afford to have that many kids are Shaquille O’Neal and Eddie Murphy. And those are just the ones we know about…

After the second kid or so, when he sees that bearing those giants is almost killing her, he might reconsider.

We discussed kids before marriage, and decided one was enough. That’s why we have four sons.

Yah, that’s something you talk about LONG before putting on a ring. He’s got one or two pastors in his family, right? They should have gone through counseling before getting married.

Did they not talk about this much earlier? Rest assured Nicole. One that stingy man sees what a first baby costs, (perhaps twins, since that runs in the family) his zeal for a huge family will evaporate like fog.
