That’s not so much a simulation as a very short flight.

Don’t you just love that brief feeling of weightlessness?

Flight simulator? I would think that might be more like the first ‘being in a falling elevator’ simulator.

I don’t think Ed Link got his idea from this.

That’s exactly what an aerodynamic stall feels like.

The fall isn’t so bad. Its that pesky sudden stop at the end.

That’s about right. My first few flights in a simulator ended up with a tombstone. I was 12 yrs old at the time and it was a jet simulator. Yip yip yip yip yip

Nice to see they are back to using Clams instead of $$. :)

YELP: I enjoyed the weightlessness of the flight simulator but the landing simulator needs work.

More like a crash simulator.

I don’t think there will be any repeat customers. Not a great business model.

Falling off a cliff simulator. Very realistic.

At least he didn’t feel a cobra in his shirt like the pilot in today’s news story!

Crash simulator. No wings, full stall, lost of lift and crash.

It is not flying. It is falling, with style.

Take-off is optional; landing is mandatory.

Fortunately, these new humans are built tougher than the last model.
